Establish and manage a sustainable housing model with secured facilities, efficient operations, and in-kind service providers for maintenance and power.
Develop and implement training programs to provide upskilling opportunities to women in the sanctuary.
Assist women with career development by providing support in preparing CVs and profiles, liaising with service providers, and monitoring success to improve our programs.
Ensuring access to trained professionals including psychologists and working towards strengthening mental health of vulnerable women
Creating stronger financial sustenance by ensuring a minimum salary which helps the women meet their basic needs and financial obligations.
